How 17 years as an emergency medical team leader led me to cosmetology

My professional story is a journey that combines responsibility for people’s lives with a love for beauty. I have been working in emergency medical services for 17 years as a team leader. It is a vast experience shaped by time, difficult decisions, different life stories, tears, and laughter, where every minute plays an important role.

Working in emergency care has taught me many things: how to make responsible decisions, act accurately, stay calm, understand people, and accept them as they are. Over the years, I have seen thousands of different situations, learned to deeply understand people, recognize their condition, and help them.

It is exactly this experience, responsibility, and love for my work that I brought into the second important field of my life: cosmetology. Cosmetology is not just my second job, but an opportunity to give beauty, youth, and healthy skin to my clients. Clients of different ages come to me, from very young people to older women and men.

For me, it is important not only to perform a procedure but to choose the most suitable treatment individually, according to the client’s needs, skin type, and wishes. I also carefully review the client’s home skincare routine and give recommendations on how to make it more effective and suitable for their skin’s needs.

My goal is to solve the problem, find its cause, and choose the right solution that will give visible, safe, and long-lasting results. It is important to work not only with external signs but with the real cause of the concern, so that every client receives real help, a professional approach, and confidence in the result.

Cosmetology is developing very quickly, and I always try to keep up. I love learning new techniques, discovering new possibilities, and studying new products that improve the quality of my clients’ skin.

My medical experience and cosmetology have come together into one profession. I know how important safety, trust, and professionalism are for every person, so in my work, I always put health and comfort first. It sincerely makes me happy to see people leaving after treatments with a smile, a good mood, and a sparkle in their eyes. This is what inspires me to keep growing and becoming better every day.
