1. Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
These Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of goods and booking of services from the Online Store.
All prices are listed in euros. A delivery fee is added to the price. The delivery fee depends on the buyer’s location and selected delivery method and is displayed during checkout.
Product information is provided in the Online Store directly on the product page.
2. Placing an Order
To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart and complete the required fields.
Upon confirmation of the order, the amount due is displayed and can be paid via the payment solution.
The agreement enters into force from the moment the payment is received in the Online Store’s bank account.
The Seller has the right to cancel the order if:
- the product is out of stock;
- a pricing error has occurred;
- a technical error has occurred.
In such cases, the amount paid by the customer will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days.
3. Delivery
Goods are shipped within Estonia and Finland.
Delivery times:
- Estonia: up to 14 calendar days;
- Finland: up to 21 calendar days.
The Seller is responsible for the goods until they are handed over to the customer.
If goods are damaged or lost during transport, the Seller undertakes to resolve the situation.
4. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from a contract concluded in the Online Store within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
The returned product must be:
- unused;
- undamaged;
- in its original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, the following opened cosmetic products are non-refundable:
- creams;
- serums;
- other skincare products.
If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to familiarise yourself with its properties, the Seller has the right to reduce the amount to be refunded.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to the Seller’s fault.
The refund will be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the returned item.
5. Right to File a Complaint
The Seller is liable for non-conformity of the goods with the terms of the agreement for up to 2 years from the date of delivery.

A complaint must be submitted no later than 2 months after the discovery of the defect.
The Seller will respond to the complaint no later than within 15 days.
6. Service Booking
Services can be booked:
- via the online booking system;
- by e-mail.
A booking is considered confirmed once the customer has received a confirmation.
The booking is binding on the customer.
7. Payment for Services
Payment for services can be made:
- in advance (via the payment solution);
- on-site.
In the case of prepayment, the booking is considered confirmed after the payment is received.
8. Service Cancellation
A booking may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start of the service.
If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the service:
- the Seller has the right to retain up to 50% of the service fee.
If the customer fails to show up:
- no refund will be issued.
9. Right of Withdrawal for Services
If the customer has given consent to the provision of the service before the expiry of the 14-day withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal is forfeited.
10. Gift Cards
A gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
A gift card can be used to pay for products and services.
11. Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store processes customer personal data in accordance with applicable legislation.

12. Dispute Resolution
Complaints must be submitted to: info@omira.ee
If a dispute cannot be resolved by agreement, the customer has the right to contact:
- the Consumer Disputes Committee;
- the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform.
